Founded in 1980 by Gerald E. Wainman, Wainschaf Associates, Inc. has garnered a reputation for delivering both harmony and quality to time constraints.
Wainschaf has a dedicated team of professionals, both skilled craftsmen and support people, who are committed to exceeding industry standards and ultimately providing customers with a superior product. Most of our staff has remained with the company for 10-20 years, indicating not only our commitment to customer satisfaction, but employee satisfaction as well.
Wainschaf Associates has been a key player in the medical and research construction industry for over 25 years. Our team is accustom to working in areas and under conditions which require close coordination with the owner and/or facility management, effectively communicating on a daily basis, so as not to interrupt the day-to-day operations of the facility, while concurrently maintaining a strict schedule.
