Over the last 30+ years, Wainschaf Associates has developed a unique relationship with the Archdiocese of New York. Having completed a number of restoration and renovation projects, our name has become synonymous with quality and Ecclesiastical Construction expertise. Having multiple staff members familiar with types of products, programmatic expectations, and logistical challenges often encountered in Church construction/renovation; allows the project to flow seamlessly from concept through final occupancy. Wainschaf was hired as Construction Manager to facilitate the renovation which provided a variety of improvements for St. Vincent’s including: New air conditioning system, new lighting and lighting control system, all new finishes including plaster, paint, trim, Oak Alter, and carpeting. Wainschaf worked with St. Vincent’s and the design team to provide a detailed cost estimate, while also creating a schedule that worked within their desired time frame.
