Union College – Wicker Wellness Center
Wainschaf Associates was awarded the contract to construct Union College’s new Wicker Health and Wellness Center. This facility was an upgrade to existing medical services provided on campus, which had outgrown its current location. Utilizing existing two story squash courts in the existing athletic center, as well as a new 4,000 sq ft addition, Union was able to significantly expand their Health Service capabilities, while concurrently re-purposing quite a bit of underutilized space.
